What is so bad about fries??

Small fry from Wendy's - 320 Calories! But who gets a small really? Large is 530 Calories & 28 grams of fat.  

Small fry from McDonalds - 280 Calories.  Large? 500 Calories & 22 grams of fat.

Small fry from Burger King - 340 Calories.  Large? 500 Calories & 22 grams of fat.

Small Waffle fry from Chick-fil-A 300 Calories.  Large? 520 Calories & 27 grams of fat.

Small natural cut from Carl's Jr 300 Calories.  Large? 460 Calories & 22 grams of fat.

Small sweet potato from Carl's Jr. 360 Calories.  Large? 540 Calories & 26 grams of fat.

Fried Zucchini from Carl's Jr. 330 Calories 18 grams of fat.

Fries from In-N-Out 395 Calories & 18 grams of fat.

Why is there an epidemic of obesity?  I wonder.  Add on your 320- 600 Calorie burger or chicken.  Oh let us not forget the 600 Calorie Large soda as well.

So before you swing by the drive thru again.. go look up your typically order on their websites.
