Why Get Health?
Why are you on a get healthy kick?
Well, to be honest it was the hubby's idea! Then he started showing me all of these food shows. What an eye opener those are! I suggest watching Hungry For A Change (I believe it is still on Netflix). Food Hospital on the Cooking Channel is also very interesting!
What you put into your body affects your chemistry. Alternating your internal chemistry with laboratory created chemicals will lead to an unhappy & unhealthy body.
Have you ever truly thought about how many Calories you eat during a day?
Have you ever truly thought about how the junk food you just shoved in your mouth may affect your brain chemistry?
It is very eye opening once you get started.
Count for a day. Look up what you are putting into your body. Let's change our health!
